Timothy (Tim) D. Spears has worked in the Civil Engineering and the design/build industry for the past 25 years.The business is located in Destin with a branch office in Crestview, Florida.
During the years with SEAS Tim was a principal and senior project manager for SEAS and was in charge of many successful projects in Walton and Okaloosa counties. His passion has always been to design and build new projects or developments. Tim began building residential homes for his personal homes in 1996. He also constructed 2 waterfront homes - one in 2003 and one in 2006. Tim worked in commercial construction with overseeing the site construction for the Paradise Pointe (Best Buy) and Paradise Key (Publix) shopping centers in Destin at the Mid Bay Bridge and Highway 98 intersection. This led to him acquiring his Certified General Contracting license in 2007 while at SEAS. He continued also in real estate development and has headed up several residential home developments in the Destin and 30-A areas.
Kellie Spears has a background in Education, Real estate, Interior design & is also an inspiring author and motivational speaker. She has been featured on CTN sharing her story and book "Trials Tragedies & Triumphs" and has had the privilege of meeting with many successful authors. Kellie has also been a guest speaker at many women's conferences and her passion is PEOPLE! Whether it is to bring hope and encouragement through a personal experience or helping them design and pick out furnishings for their homes. Her desire is to make people...SMILE. Her enthusiasm shows and she has the ability to put any person at ease in a situation.
